      A designer, environmental planner and landscape architect with over 35 years’ professional experience, Robert specialises in strategic land promotion, masterplanning, residential design, green infrastructure planning and protected landscapes. He has extensive public inquiry experience and is an accomplished speaker on themes ranging from climate change to low carbon futures.

      Andrew is a landscape architect with over 25 years’ professional experience. His expertise lies in specialist parks and public and private realm masterplanning and design.  Andrew has been an advisor to government and professional organisations including CABE and the Heritage Lottery Fund, and jointly led our London 2012 Olympic Park team with Neil Mattinson.

      With over 27 years’ experience as a landscape architect and environmental planner, Colin is a specialist in the design and promotion of major developments and infrastructure projects.  He heads the renewable energy and EIA teams, and is the practice’s lead expert witness, with many successes from more than 75 public inquiries.

  • Neil Mattinson

    • Senior Partner

      A landscape architect and environmental planner for over thirty years, Neil specialises in the leisure, public realm, commercial and residential sectors. He has responsibility for the marketing of the business as well as the practice’s middle east portfolio. He is leading our redevelopment work at Battersea Power Station and the design and implementation of the London 2012 Olympic Park jointly with Andrew Harland.

  • Bernie Foulkes

    • Partner

      An urban designer, masterplanner and landscape architect, Bernie leads our masterplanning team.  He has over 25 years of experience in regeneration and development planning and brings a distinctive blend of creativity and enthusiasm.  He’s been an advisor on the CABE/English Heritage Urban Panel, on CABE’s Enabling Panel and is a member of theAcademyofUrbanism.  Bernie has worked on large-scale city centre regeneration projects, including Birmingham, Plymouth and Hull, and masterplanned major urban extensions to Bristol, Swindon and Leeds.

    • Partner

      Alister is a landscape architect and masterplanner specialising in large, multidisciplinary projects, often in sensitive contexts. Alister has a rigorous approach to project delivery with a strong emphasis on communication and team-building, managing projects from masterplan concept through planning to delivery. He has also appeared as an expert witness for a number of projects.

    • Partner

      Frazer is an urban designer and landscape architect. Working with client groups and communities, his engaging approach ensures the development of creative responses to sites and their contexts. Building consensus and creating momentum for change, he has a record of creating deliverable proposals from seemingly unfeasible sites.

      Richard is a qualified accountant with many years of experience managing the finances of large enterprises. His undoubted talents and business acumen are a major asset to our practice.
