LDA Design: Graduates

LDA Design redesigned Wharf Green, Swindon 2007

Graduates
Graduates are the future of our practice. We look for committed and enthusiastic individuals who are full of ideas, keen to learn and want to enjoy their work.

What to Expect:

You’ll be working as part of a team to deliver projects for our clients learning how to apply the knowledge learned in your studies to live projects. You’ll be given every opportunity to develop your ideas and creativity and will also pick up skills on the job such as project management, client liaison, budgeting, public consultation and much more.

You could be working on a masterplan for a major park; regenerating a declining urban area, working to deliver a major new piece of infrastructure or developing an entire new community of several thousand new homes. The work is varied, in scale, context and budget and you’ll get plenty of hands on experience.

Training and Professional Development:
You will be assigned a mentor to assist with your professional development and will have access to our in-house programme of seminars, some of which are especially tailored for areas of the professional examinations. We will support your professional development with the appropriate body – Landscape Institute, RIBA, RTPI – and pay for your membership fees. We also provide time off to sit professional examinations and pay your examination fees.

Graduate vacancies are advertised here when available.
