Services / Community & Stakeholder Engagement, Consultation & Communication
LDA Design believes that communication is fundamental to good design and successful development promotion. Meaningful engagement is key to understanding development context, designing deliverable schemes, generating buy-in, easing consenting and securing good relations.
We prepare Engagement and Consultation Strategies and lead well-structured engagement processes at all scales, from section 42 and 47 consultations for Development Consent Orders (DCO) and engagement for planning applications, through to visioning and community design workshops which are an essential part of the creative process for our public realm projects.
We are experienced in writing Statements of Community Consultation and Consultation Reports, and the preparation of consultation materials and exhibition design.
