Services Contextual Planning and Assessment

Our Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment service and related townscape and seascape character assessments can be delivered as an integrated part of our EIA and planning services or in their own right. We have a highly experienced team, with several members regularly acting as expert witnesses at appeals. We also have expertise in preparing Historic Environment Impact Assessments and Setting Studies and undertaking Amenity and Recreation Assessments.

We work with our clients and other disciplines from the earliest stages of site selection and scheme feasibility to the delivery of well-designed projects supported by robust assessment; maximising the likelihood of receiving planning consent.
