Center Parcs: New Holidays, New Environments

We have an established relationship with Center Parcs, working first on their Longleat Forest holiday village helping to secure planning permission for the development in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. More recently we led the masterplan, environmental and design coordination for the Woburn Forest holiday village working with the project team to meet stringent environmental standards. We have taken the proposal from site selection, through masterplan studies to a final planning application, co-ordinating the Environmental Statement, Design and Access Statement and supporting information. We gave evidence at two public inquiries, ultimately securing permission for this Green Belt site.
