Exeter and East Devon Green Infrastructure Strategy
Exeter and East Devon was designated as a growth point with plans for major employment, investment and housing growth. A deliverable green infrastructure strategy was required to support and underpin economic growth in the area and set out a compelling strategic vision for long-term landscape enhancement for the benefit of people and wildlife.
LDA Design conceived an evidence-led green infrastructure strategy which sought to create a sustainable framework for growth. The detailed strategy identified specific projects to provide a setting for major planned development and strategic landscape and ecological mitigation to facilitate and unlock key schemes.
