Alto, which completed last year, sets the tone for the quality of development across Wembley, one of London’s most important regeneration projects.
Our design thinking for Alto’s gardens, and the public realm across the entire Wembley Park regeneration, is inspired by a powerful local heritage.
Humphry Repton, the last great English landscape designer of the 18th century widely and regarded as the successor to Capability Brown, designed the original Wembley Park, and it is Repton that inspired our use of ‘borrowed’ landscape views, with hints of French and Italian formality.
