Alistair Walker
Senior Consultant

I joined LDA Design as a landscape consultant in August 2013 with a degree in Landscape Architecture and Planning at The University of Sheffield. I aim for beautiful, responsive environments through sustainable thinking for both public realm and masterplanning design.
I have been heavily involved in projects including the design of the Moscow Parks; Sadovniki and 50th of October Parks, Serp and Molot Masterplan in Moscow, and the revitalisation of Wokingham Market Place which included a successful public realm design.
In my spare time I can be found tinkering away on my vintage motorcycle or walking – Dartmoor is enchanting place to explore.

My garden! Watching the transformation through the seasons.
The Victorian fern gardens at Canonteign Waterfalls. Listening to the cascading waterfalls surrounded by huge fern trees, you feel like you have stepped into Jurassic Park. http://www.canonteignfalls.co.uk
Over Dartmoor, the winding woodland roads which open up to expansive moorland: it all makes for a full throttle motorbike ride to get away from it all.
