I am an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) practitioner with five years’ experience in EIA, planning and sustainability. I completed my master’s degree in Biodiversity and Conservation at Southampton University in 2016. I have undertaken EIA coordination to support planning applications, including production and input into Environmental Statement (ES) chapters, Screening and Scoping requests and Non-Technical Summaries.

Since joining LDA Design in 2020, I have worked on a variety of exciting projects, including large-scale solar and residential schemes. I have also provided a number of detailed site appraisals for a range of projects, which inform the early design process.

In my spare time, you’ll either find me exploring the countryside, running or attempting to convert my camper van. I also love gardening and enjoy the rewards of growing my own vegetables.

Q&A

The last book I read …

'Chasing Clayoquot' by David Pitt-Brooke. It’s a beautifully descriptive account of the changing natural landscape of the Clayoquot Sound, British Columbia, throughout the year.

My favourite walk …

Hardknott Castle Fort to Scafell Pike in the Lake District. The views are amazing the entire climb up to the peak and there are many picturesque waterfalls and impressive old stone bridges.

I love the view from …

Victoria Peak in Hong Kong at sunset, especially when the lights reflect off the harbour.
