Debbie Small

I joined LDA Design’s Oxford office in April 2006. My role is PA to Mike Foster, our Managing Director. Day to day my role is fast-paced, hugely varied and unpredictable, which is why I enjoy it so much – you never know what will happen next.

In the past, I have worked in several different areas including the NHS, Oxford University and Life Science organisations.

In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends, watching films, reading and travelling. I also enjoy doing things which are bit out of the norm: I have raised money by jumping out of a plane and abseiling down the side of our local hospital and the next thing on my list to-do list is wing-walking!
