I’m a versatile senior landscape architect with experience of designing and delivering projects at all scales. I have a passion for ecological urbanism, encouraging a relationship between social and ecological networks within the urban environment to create resilient designs specific to place. Within my current work, this translates into exploring the connection between people and nature and how landscape design can encourage this.

I thrive in working between dynamic scales, from masterplans through to detail design, to create unique, place-specific design solutions. To date I’ve worked on a wide variety projects, from large-scale residential developments, regeneration, city parks, streets, public squares to private gardens.

Outside of work you’ll find me walking my Vizsla (Ru), playing netball or seeing friends.

My favourite walk is …

Any walk in the Lakes, but probably the Old Man Coniston … the view from the top is epic.

The last book I read was …

'Being Ecological' by Timothy Morton. A playful, short book on a serious topic: how to create a sustainable future, with plenty of entertaining references to Star Wars and beyond. Highly recommended.

What nearly always works for projects?
