I am studio lead for the Glasgow team and a chartered landscape architect with a focus on public realm design and delivery.
I began with a degree in interior architecture, where I gained a passion for design and construction. I then combined this with my love of nature, which led me into landscape architecture. I’ve been designing outdoor places rather than interior spaces ever since.
There is a huge variety in LDA Design’s projects, but there is always a common thread – people. The meaningful impact our work has on people’s daily life, health and wellbeing is key to what we do, and creating a positive change for people and the environment really makes the effort worthwhile.
Growing up on the Ayrshire coast, the sea has always held a special place in my heart. You’ll often find me exploring the Scottish islands in our campervan with our cheeky rescue dog, Alfie. Closer to home, playing football for my club, Glasgow Saints Women. COYS!
