I am a Chartered Landscape Architect with a MLA in Landscape Architecture from Edinburgh College of Art and have worked in private practice since 2004. Before joining LDA Design, I worked as an Associate at Gillespies Glasgow office.
I enjoy all aspects of landscape design at both a strategic and detailed level and have particular experience in public realm design.
During my career, I have been involved in a number of high quality public realm projects. I was privileged to be involved in the delivery of the landscape and public realm works associated with the new publicly funded Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and The Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow.
I am currently working on the external works for the new York Community Stadium and look forward to seeing it evolve as construction starts on site this summer.
Outside of work, I enjoy camping and exploring the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, especially the Outer Hebrides.
The terrace of Cafe Fish overlooking Tobermory bay on the Isle of Mull. Sitting in the sunshine with a glass of wine and enjoying the best seafood in Scotland, most likely the squat lobsters.
Arisaig on the west coast of Scotland, with amazing sunsets over the islands of Rhum, Eigg and Skye.
Along the white sands of Luskenytre beach on the west coast of Harris. The perfect escape from the city and if the weather is kind you wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
