Ngoc Anh Tran
Project Consultant

I joined LDA as a landscape architect in 2020 after completing my master’s degree in landscape architecture at the Bartlett, UCL. Before joining LDA, I worked as an urban design intern in an engineering consultancy in London and gained experience in delivering large-scale regeneration projects and masterplans.
Since joining LDA, I have been involved in several interesting projects and competitions at different scales, including working on Shepherd’s Bush Market.
I am interested in designing urban outdoor spaces with active and creative programmes, in which people play a main role in shaping the sense of place alongside enhancing the ecology. Each place has its own character and I aim to bring out its distinctiveness in my designs.
When I am not working, I enjoy discovering new places and foods especially. I love cooking and strolling through parks and gardens – anywhere outdoors.

Cappadocia in Turkey. Amazing fairy chimneys landscape with more than 100 hot air balloons in the early morning.
Along Regent’s Canal, especially from Angel to Little Venice on a hot sunny summer's day. A walk that triggers a rich sensory experience.
