I was drawn to landscape architecture as it combines my passions for design and nature. I completed my degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture at Leeds Metropolitan University after spending two years studying Automotive and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Leeds. After a few years in private practice, I joined LDA Design in 2016.
Since joining, I have primarily worked in the public realm market as part of the design team working on the Barking Riverside. An exciting development delivering new homes and parkland along the Thames east of the city.
As a landscape architect I have a keen interest in water and our relationship with it, especially in our urban environments and this forms the focus of my master’s studies.
Outside of the office you will usually find me in the gym training for the next Crossfit competition or taking part in the local Park Run.
Copenhagen. It’s a beautiful city. I like to cycle too and those guys have got it nailed!
The top of Grinda. It’s a small island that forms part of the Swedish archipelago east of Stockholm. The early evening view out across the archipelago is incredible.
