Rory Wilson
Director
I am a chartered landscape architect and have worked in private practice for over 10 years. Prior to joining LDA Design in 2014, I worked on the redesign of Grassmarket and St Andrew Square in Edinburgh, both of which fall within the confines of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Since joining LDA Design, I have been heading up the team responsible for the development of a public realm strategy for the Sighthill Transformational Regeneration Area in Glasgow and its delivery onsite. Proposals include the introduction of new parkland, amenity and public realm spaces including the ‘Civic Spine’, a dynamic greenway connecting the heart of the development to Glasgow City Centre.
In my spare time, I like to cook for people at home, and can often be found pounding dough or devising new culinary delights in the kitchen.
